Bought a brand new Husqvarna 48 inch mower from them less than a year ago and it is not running ,still under warranty so I called them and told them I needed it fixed the smart mouth woman on the phone said bring it in, told her repeatedly I have no way to get it there just come and pick it up if it's extra I'll pay she then proceeded to tell me to take it to another dealer for them to fix it, they did not have a problem dropping it off to me when i gave them over $2,000 to buy it, it's only 30 miles away if that much, I bought brand new so I wouldn't have these problems and now I'm in the same situation as if I would have got one for $500 off of Facebook marketplaceBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 13, 2022/03/18) */ Contact Name and Title: Michael ******** Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXX Contact Email: ***********@gmail.com We tried explaining to customer that it would be a charge that wasn't covered under warranty to pick up mower and it might be cheaper if he could find a dealer closer then 30 miles to save him money on the longer pickup and delivery charge. We Assumed he hung up on us because call dropped off Consumer Response /* (3000, 15, 2022/03/21) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) That is a bone face lie, I told the very rude smartmouth woman on the phone I was unable to bring the mower to them, I have no way to transport it there told them I didn't care if I had to pay just come and get my brand new mower that is not running with only 18 hours on it, once again she tells me there's no way they're coming to get it if I want them to work on it bring it to them I said how am I supposed to get it they're drive it and she hung up on me. When I purchased it they had no problem driving it up here and dropping it off to me it wasn't too far then
