I sent a desired hairstyle I wanted for my daughter they didnt do what I asked for refused to fix it her daughter whos unlicensed did my daughter hair who wasnt suppose to do it her attitude is very unwelcoming and then the owner called me to argue texted my phone threatening me and called my kids names I asked her to stop texting me and calling she kept calling me threatening me about what she will do to me about me asking for my money back or to fix my daughters hairBusiness response

Customer didnt like her daughters hair so I told her to take her hair out and we gave her her cash back. I offered to fix it next day since it was late and she said ok. But seeing as that she had a battery charge I felt unsafe with her in my salon I just gave her her money back and told her theres no need for her to come back to my salon ever again. I never threatened her I never crossed any lines with her. Everything she said in the complaint was a lie. Her daughters hair was dirty and not combed. The style she wanted for her hair was impossible for her hair. The week prior to that I did her other daughters hair and she loved it. After I did her daughter hair she wanted me to do her hair and she never showed up so she makes appointments with different numbers just to come get her hair done. My daughter has been doing hair for a long time she is 20 years old and a full time student she knows exactly what shes doing shes not a teenager. Customer called my phone and started making threats saying she was gonna report to the credit bureau thinking my daughter doesnt have a license little does she know you dont need a license in the **************** to braid hair.Customer response
