They charged almost 4000 dollars to replace screws in my pool enclosure. *****, the owner, said only a few might not come out. They couldn't get the majority of them out. ***** sent guys back out to replace them. They instead took black spray paint and sprayed it all over spots of my bronze beams and frame to cover up rust. Also leaving behind fingerprints and palm prints. This project started in Feb. It is now June! *****, office ************** of ***** is very unprofessional and has ghost me for weeks on end. Rescheduling all the time with no prior notification. Not answering emails or phones. Now just not coming back to fix not only the ***** screws but now the black paint on pool frame. ***** promised me that he would rectify it. I have been very patient but enough is enough.Do not hire them to replace screws in your enclosure, or for any other work you want done on time.
