4/30 I bought 4 t-shirts and a set of stickers online in the FSU Bookstore. I'm going out of the country so I paid $25 for Next Business Day shipping. 5/1 Only the stickers have been fulfilled and I got charged the full Next Business Day Shipping. Tried to call them but I got no answer. 5/2 I received the stickers and I get concerned that the rest of the things still say "not ready" and may not arrive. Tried to called them several times and sent them an email with no answer. I only got an automated email from the help desk saying they received the ticket. 5/3 I receive an automated email that the case has been closed with no further answer. Also it has been forwarded to the bookstore with no further response. Again, I tried calling them several times during the day, no one answered. 5/4 I tried to call them multiple times. Finally I got connected to a representative that "refunded me the shipping" (still hasn't come in to the bank) and "shipped my items" (I have a UPS tracking number that after 2 days it's still in "Label Created"). They also charged me for 3 out of 4 remaining t-shirts since now 1 is out of stock (It was in stock when I purchased it). 5/5 Tried calling again with no answer. The UPS tracking number still says "Label Created". So they apparently haven't received the items yet. 5/6 Everything still shows the same so I call them several times, send an email and still no response. Finally at 4:45pm I was able to get a hold of a representative and she tells me that she doesn't know what happened to the order. But that it was put in the USPS bin instead. She will take my order to UPS personally, and that if the order doesn't get to me tomorrow, I can have everything for free. Weird, but ok. It's now 11.26 pm. UPS still hasn't gotten any items and the status still shows as "Label Created". After seeing Google Reviews, people has been having these type of issues or worse for months now. Please help! I don't know what else to do.
