Ive been a comfort authority customer for many years. I just had another system installed by them and once again the experience was outstanding including pre sale discussion with design consultant and the installation team. All around good experience. They listened to my concerns, kept me informed and made sure I had all my questions answered. My A/C suddenly stopped working. Called TCA and a few hours later technician Gary came to check it out. He swiftly identified the problem (blocked drain) and got it up and running again. He also fixed an issue with the condenser being overly noisy. We are very happy to have our cool quiet A/C working again! Thanks Gary and TCA!Review from Michelle R

I am always impressed with the service from Comfort Authority. We just moved into a new house and called them out to look at our unit after a small puddle developed. **** quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue. He was able to repair it and identified the other areas we need to keep an eye on for older AC. I appreciated the clarity with which he explained everything he went over.Review from Christa V

I have been a customer since March of 2023 when ********************** installed a new A/C unit. Last week tech ********************* came out to clean my condenser coils that were moldy and slimy. Poor **** was covered with moldy slime by the time he was done. **** taught me a lot about my unit and how to care for it. Today I had the pleasure of having tech ************************* come to do my annual cleaning and inspection. He did an extremely thorough job and again re-emphasized how to take care of my unit. Poor **** stepped in dog droppings in my back yard and had to clean his boots. He did not complain at all. I felt so bad but he was unfazed. Both **** and **** were fantastic technicians and they represented The Comfort Authority very well. This business gives top-notch customer service and also excellent HVAC and plumbing service. I could not recommend them any higher. I wish I could give them 10 stars.Review from Geo P

Our A/C started acting up on Memorial Day weekend. A technician was able to come out that day. Our system was pretty old so we weighed up fixing or replacing and ended up deciding to replace it. TCA was able to schedule our install for the following day. **** and ******* worked diligently all day in the 95 degree heat (more like 120 in the attic!) to install the new condenser, air handling unit, air purification system and new thermostat. The new system is quieter and more efficient than the previous one. We are very happy with the service and products supplied by The Comfort Authority. We would gladly use them again and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors.Review from Marc P

Comfort Authority does great plumbing. Thus far they snaked the shower drain, rebuilt a toilet, and replaced my garbage disposal. I cant say enough good things about them. They were efficient, clean, and everythings running smoothly.
