      You buy from them and when you return it they will keep some of your money when they say returns are accepted not saying that they are changing you for returns

      Per our return and refund policies, most items can be returned in original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns. 

      We do charge restocking fees for items not returned in brand new, unused, resalable condition, with all hardware, accessories, and instructions, in the original manufacturer's packaging as they can no longer be sold as brand new. 

      To control costs and offer products at a lower price than we would otherwise, we do not offer free returns.  The cost of any prepaid return shipping label(s) provided may also be deducted from your final refund.

      We would be happy to look into this issue further and provide a more detailed explanation.  Please contact us through the platform where your order was originally placed so that we can provide an exact breakdown of any deductions, as well as links to the published policies regarding returns and refunds..

      Our customer service team is available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST at **************. 

      We can also be reached, via messaging, through the platform where the order was placed (Amazon Buyer/Seller Messages).  All messages will be replied to within 24 hours, 365 days a year, and answered in the order they are received.  If you have opted in to receiving Seller Messages, and have a valid email registered with your account, messages will also be forwarded to the email address on file.

      I ordered some motorcycle boots from Amazon site and when my son got them he tried them on and they did not fit so he put them back in the box and we sent them back …well I did not get my full refund and when I reached out to the company they said they were used and sent pictures and the bottom of the boot you could tell had been walked in a lot and I told her that the marks were not from us and she said we would have noticed they were used …but literally my son could not get his foot into the boot so he put them back in the box and we would have not noticed…..this company is a ripoff and sent out used boots and we got the blame for it

      As per Amazon's Policies, orders can be returned in original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt. You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns.  Upon receipt in our warehouse, all returns are inspected to confirm they are returned in brand new, unused, resalable condition, with all accessories, hardware, and instructions, in the original manufacturer's packaging.

      We only sell brand new, factory sealed products received directly from the brand or an authorized distributor.  As a small business we take customer satisfaction seriously and have put multiple safety measures in place to ensure that it is not possible for opened, used, or damaged items to be shipped to our customers.

      Upon receipt of all inventory in our outbound warehouses, products are carefully inspected to ensure that the manufacturer's packaging has not been damaged or opened.  Any item that appears to have been opened or damaged is refused and returned to the brand. When an order is placed, our warehouse team carefully inspects the product again before shipping it out to the customer.  The boots you were shipped was inspected prior to shipment and we confirmed that the manufacturer's packaging had not been opened.

      All brand new,factory sealed inventory is stored at one of our outgoing warehouses.  These are at separate locations from our returns processing warehouse.  This ensures that returned items are never mixed with our brand-new inventory and means it is virtually impossible for a previously returned product to be shipped out.

      Amazon's Return Policies clearly state that "You may receive a partial or no refund on used, damaged or materially different returns.".  We shipped you a pair of brand new, factory sealed boots, but they were returned with dirty scuffed soles.  We attempted to clean the soles to avoid having to destroy the boots and deduct a restocking fee, but there was a fine sand ground into the soles that we could not remove.

      These boots cannot be resold as new in the condition they were returned and our contract with the brand prevents us from selling anything but brand-new products.  Therefore, the boots must be disposed of.

      Therefore, as per Amazon's Return & Refund Policies, a restocking fee of 50% of the product's price was deducted due to the boots not being in the same condition that they were shipped out.

      This company is bad business across the board. They shouldnt be in business. I also ordered through Amazon. No agreements in place on the order about items cancellation. I called Amazon and called the business. Very unprofessional and they must be hard up for business. Dont buy from them. As of now. I am t buy through Amazon again. This is a predatory business and are violating their terms for Amazon. I recorded my call with them and I will be filing suit. *********** Amazon for allowing these types of sellers. Your arbitration clause doesnt cover fraud.

      Unfortunately, we have been unable to locate this customer for clarification.  However, all sellers on Amazon must meet or exceed Amazon policies.  We are unsure what this person means regarding "No agreements in place on the order about items cancellation", or why they are referring to fraud.

      We would appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns directly.
