On April 1st of 2021 at 13:11 I give Mr. C. $1500 to fix my Boat, and as of today he did not made any attempt to do and thing today my boat is still sitting in a storage and not fix. Mr. C. have being giving me a lot of excuse and still not do what I paid him for. my Engine that he was paid to installed has being sitting on the boat with out service, and corroded because it a sale water marine engine. Mr. C. dishonesty have created problems in my marriage because I believed him. This Boat was my dream after 20 years in the military . I am asking for my money back and the and $1500 for the damages.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/04/05) */ Re: Case St 67517082 Apr. 4. 2022 2:28PM Vibez 528 Automotive and Marine LLC To Whom it may concern in response to the above case number On March of 2021 I was asked to transport a boat motor from Don's Auto Marine Salvage for Mr. *****. After inspecting the boat vessel, he asked if the motor can be installed, I gave an estimate of $ 1500.00 for transport and installation. however due to the poor quality of the boat trailer I informed he will have to get the boat towed to location. On April 1st he cashed app. $1500.00. the date and location of which was agreed upon Mr. ***** failed to comply to get the boat delivered. At this time the motor was sitting at my shop for over 8 months. we exchanged several text messages with no solution to get the job completed. on June 11th he decided to have someone else perform the job. He asked how much was the transport fee of the motor. I replied $250.00, Mr. ***** replied let's make it $300.00. Mr. ***** asked for 1200.00 dollars to be return to him, Sometime in June of 2021 Mr. ***** picked up his motor from my shop the motor was in the same condition when it was picked up from Don's Auto Marine Salvage. Mr.***** used my pallet jack to place the motor onto his trailer. He promised to return my pallet jack equipment. on August j9th $600.00 was returned to Mr. ***** via Cash App. and on December 15th $100.00 was also returned via Cash App. the remaining balance of $500.00 I informed Mr,***** he can pick up when he returns my pallet jack equipment. To date he has not returned my equipment and have not heard from Mr. ***** in regards to my equipment except for Cash App request for $500 and the compliant from BBB. Please see attached documents. Consumer Response /* (3000, 17, 2022/04/23) */ ***Document Attached*** Boyd C., is disloyal, makes repetitive excuse, with all of is excuses he have not made any attempt to repay my money he dishonest took from me, last communication he told me via text when he returned from Georgia he will pay me my balance I contacted he told me he will call me back he never did, Mr. know he did not have the resources to repair my boat he however took my money and did not provided any service only excuses, if taken to court it will cost him more I am in the Military and do not have the time for court. He do not have the money a funds to run his business he however never repair my boat but took the $1500 I give him to purchases a forklift that do not work . I will be sharing my experience of this business with the public . I did 20 years in the military just to have my boat and got ripe off by Mr. Boyd C. Vibez528 . Very unprofessional and dishonest Boyd C. do not deserved to do business with the public,
