I visited this dentist on April 24, 2024 to have some bonding done. While there I was given a Detailed Treatment Plan Presentation. According to the plan my portion was $118.00 which I agreed to & had the work done that day for which I paid. A few days later I received an explanation of benefits from my coverage (CIGNA) stating my respsonsibility was $486.00 not $118.00. After sending this dental office an email expressing my disappointment & asking why I was given the Detailed Treatment Plan. I did speak to the front desk & after explaining what transpired I was told I would receive a call back. I never received a call but, on Saturday, June 29,2024, I received a statement from Dr. *********************** office showing an AMOUNT DUE of $306.00. I then sent another email asking for an explanation, then today received a call today from ****** saying I owe $306.00Business response

There was miscommunication between insurance estimates and the patient's financial portion of the treatment upon date of treatment services rendered. ***************** was contacted and the issue with the balance owed was resolved fairly between both parties.Customer response
