We hired bravo fence to put in a fence at my home. We had a schedule date and due to rain the guys we schedule for the next day. The next day came out and the ground was still damp and after a long conversation with management letting them know we were very uncomfortable with them proceeding they did the job anyways. The people that they sent into the job didn't seem like they knew what they were doing or where any of the lot lines are none of them spoke English so it was very hard to get direct answers. After the job was done they left My husband notice that they did not put caps on top of my fence post. On top of that some of the fence areas were damaged and look like they had been used (see pictures) I reached out to bravo and was told I would be given a call back several times and nothing was ever done. I then sent an email out with a Pictures attached explaining the situation and how I wanted it resolved. I was never contacted. Then I go to find out that there's a lien against my house for the remaining balance when the job was not completed and the areas of the fence In the pictures included look damaged and used. I'm very unhappy with how they handled the situation knowing the fact that the work was not completed because I don't have posts that go along to my fence and that certain areas on the fence look damaged and used when that was my concern to begin with. I want the lien removed the areas repaired with new fence that I paid for.Business response

**** called about the issues she noted on her complaint. ****** called her to set an appointment to observe the fence and rectify her issues. She stated she was going to a wedding in Panama City and did not have time to meet him. Either **** or her husband had to be there, it is a company policy the homeowner must be present. She said she would call us when she or her husband would be available to meet him, she never called. Since she refused to meet a Royce Bravo representative, it is impossible to accommodate her complaints. We did file a lien, it will not be removed until she has paid. The lien will be renewed at the one year of filing ***** We received a lien waiver from her refinance company requesting the amount due. They were supposed to pay for the lien to be released; this has not happened. She has now been turned over to a collection agency. **** has been very difficult to work with; she has not agreed to meet a company rep at the location. I have attached documentation including the contract, lien, waiver of lien from the finance company.
