B&T USA have an item they list for sale that is falsely advertised and when reached out to directly about the issue they have told me to refer to the terms and service of "NO REFUNDS"This product is a suppressor adapter part that is manufactured and advertised verbatim The Rotex-SF HUB is fully compatible with all 1.375x24TPI HUB compatible suppressors on the market today This piece is not compatible with all suppressors that are on the market due to the dimensions of the item. I looked for an alternate solution by reaching out to 3 different manufacturers which ALL confirmed this product is not compatible with all suppressors on the market as it is advertised. After reaching out to B&T to make them aware of the mistake in advertising as well as asking if I could return the product they told me to refer to the terms and conditions of NO REFUNDS.Business response

I purchased a Limited 1 of 8 exclusive SPC9 pistol from B&T Parts which is a part of B&T USA. Was supposed to have a metal lower. It showed up as a normal SPC9 w/a plastic lower. Thru conversations w/ B&T they offered to send a metal lower for my SPC9 (which I never took possession of). I told them I didnt want it, I bought it because it was supposed to be a limited exclusive product not something I can piece together or that their dealers are selling. After some back and forth they offered to return it but I need to pay shipping. and the parts I bought for it are going to have a 10% restocking fee. They keep referring to their return policy, I never received what I ordered. They lied in their ad for this pistol. Deceptive business practices all over this. Preying on people who collect limited exclusive firearms. Than after agreeing to return it because they presented zero options that didnt involve me paying one way or another. I emailed 5 times over the course of days and had to get my ffl to call them to get their ffl information. The person my ffl spoke to said over and over they made a mistake, its their fault, but I need to pay. ******************* at B&T customer service even went as far as to claim that it was my opinion on some very clear facts, such as they suggested they send me a metal lower to put on the commonly sold non exclusive and not limited SPC9 they sent me. Even tho he was one of the two that offered that to me.Heres the Facts. Their ad was a lie. They misrepresented what they were selling. On top of that they sent me the wrong thing. They are making me pay in order to return it. And it took 6 attempts to even get them to send the necessary paperwork for me to mail the wrong product back to them at my expense.Buyer beware. Do your homework if they claim anything is limited or exclusive, it very well could be a lie. And if they mess up your order, youll end up paying for it.Its a shame. In July of 2021 I had my GHM9C firearm explode while taking the first few shots with the firearm. B&T Customer Service member told me that this had been happening lately to several of their firearms and blamed the issue to ammunition quality control during the pandemic. I sent the firearm in to them and was told I would be required to pay $500 to have a new upper receiver replaced if they determined the upper receiver was misshapen from the ammunition detonation. I waited several months and was told that I would need to wait for a new receiver to be imported to their company. It is now February and B&T refuses to answer either email or phone call messages. They also seem to not pick up their phone whenever I try calling. At one point, I connected with a woman through one of the extensions and respectfully and calmly told her my situation. She put me on hold and told me a man named Shaun was going to talk to me. She then connected me to him and Shaun never picked up... Confused, but not surprised I left another message. I have yet to hear back anything. To be clear as well, I have never raised my voice, been disrespectful, or verbally offensive to anyone on the phone or in my emails. I have never experienced a more unprofessional company that could care less about their customers.
