We have been getting calls from outsourced companies representing this organization and we have REPEATEDLY told them them we are not interested in their services and to quit calling us. We have even told them them we are going to contact the *** as we are on the Do Not Call list and they will be fined for continuing to harass us. The last call I received from this morning, I asked who they were representing, which they said Healthcare Solutions. When I asked for a good call back number they hung up on me. The initial recording states the call is from Medicare Health Center and then I got transferred to some yo-yo who said he represented Healthcare Solutions. If we are in your database, PLEASE REMOVE US!!!!!Business response

**** thank you for reaching out to us, but this is not our company calling you. We have been made aware that someone is calling as "Benefits Advisors with Healthcare Solutions" and using Healthcare Solutions on a caller id. We are ********************** and are a legitimate Medicare agency that does not robo dial spoof or use a predictive dialer. If you ****** Healthcare Solutions in *****, there are over a dozen companies with the name Healthcare Solutions as part of their name. If you look nationwide, it is even worse. We have run your number ************ through our internal system, and we have never called that number or received a call from that number. We have proactively put you on our internal do-not-call list and we wish you nothing but the best in finding who is calling you that many times.Customer response

I constantly get calls from this company at least 2-3x per day. As soon as I request to be put on their do not call list they hang up. I have asked politely, and not so politely to no avail. They keep calling from different numbers, so I cannot block them. I am so frustrated that they continue to call without giving me the ability to decline their "services".Business response

The phone number associated with this complaint was not dialed in the past 45 days by our organization. Many companies share similar names. We have proactively put this phone number on our internal do not call list as we respect the privacy of every individual. There will not be any contact made or attempted by our organization to this number. Please feel free to reach out to the number provided and I would be happy to give you number that needs to be blocked. Since we have placed the phone number listed in the complaint on our internal do not call list, we can no longer dial that phone number listed on the complaint. Please notify us of the number you would like to be blocked and we will make sure there will not be any contact made or attempted by our organization to that number. This broker claims to have helped me obtain my medicare supplement insurance, which I have declined to discuss with them for security reasons. They have been calling me EVERY DAY for over a year. Each time they call, it comes in as a different number and my phone tags them as "POTENTIAL SPAM". Despite my repeated demands that they stop calling me, they continue to hound me.Business response
