We have been trying to contact this company for cancellation. They have not responded. Their correspondence contains contact information and links that do not work.

The contact information we received in the letter we received from Benefytt in order to cancel our coverage:*********************************** Phone #: ************ Both were invalid. I also submitted two requests through their website to which none were responded to.It was only until I filed a complaint that I received proper communication.This is poor conduct of business.Review from Dixon C

If I could rate them lower than a 1 star, I would. Every morning, I get a robocall from '******' at Totalhealth, can you hear me. Then, when I am connected to a 'licensed' Medicare agent, they claim that they didn't call me, that they have never talked to me before, then promise to put me on a 'Do Not Call' list. Then I am called again the next morning. When asked for a supervisor, the employee will claim that it is impossible to talk to a supervisor. When pointing out that using robocalls are illegal, I had one caller claim that he's just an employee, so can't be responsible. It's an absolute scam.Review from Catherine W

In reference to "Together Health" insurance company that Benefytt Technologies is posing as: Somehow they got my mother's number and told her that there are benefits that she is missing out on. My mom took the information and told them that I would call as she knows I can smell a scam a mile away. They told my mom to call a specific number and extension. The person calling said her name was Kadidra H. J.. I called and used the extension. Kadidra didn't answer. The person said they would connect me. I have been on hold for 8:17 minutes. They are full of it. I have NO LOVE for people who scam seniors. You have to be a special kind of nasty pos to prey on seniors...DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM!Blue Lantern Health Response

We do not have a sales agent named Kadidra J.. Benefytt Technologies is the same as Together Health. We would only call you if your mother saw a commercial and contacted us. Please provide her name and phone number so we can place her on our do not call back listing.

This company is a predatory company. They send stuff in the US mail, but there is no return address. You have to keep asking them for even the name of their company, which is "Together Health." They will not give you the address of the company when asked over the phone. Then when I looked up Together Health online--I find that it has a 1.26/5 Star rating by the Better Business Bureau.Review from Gabrielle N

This business is completely fraudulent! They pretend to offer you Healthcare and they tell you about a package with a small co-pay; but in reality they aren't paying for anything! I've been paying for insurance and the complete doctor/hospital visits! I just want my money back!Review from Kelsi W

This company has tried to get over on my mother thank god I do medical billing for a living and red flags when my mom told me that they told her she would have 0 OOP cost. I figured it was BS I called several messages to Cancel her plan they tricked her into signing up for only to get n answer. This is not a plan you want to get involved with and this is the professional part of me recommending that
