I hired Blessed Hands Lawn Service and More to install sod on my property. When he was finished, on the left side of the house facing the house, sod crossed my property boundary line unto my neighbor's property. I told him to remove it. I thought he had taken care of it when he left. On February 8, 2022, I texted him about the sod and got no reply. I texted him on February 11, 2022 about the sod to remove it from my neighbor's property and to put the sod to patch up areas on my property. He replied "OK will do". It has been about a week since I last asked him to fix the sod, and as of today, the sod is still crossing over to my neighbor's property and is an eye sore to me. He has not informed him when he will fix the sod. Meanwhile the sod is developing roots into the ground. Also, another complaint is that on both sides of the house next to the fence, there is not sod there for about three to about four feet from the fence. I asked him to put sod starting from the fence to the road. When he was taking his measurement, I am pretty sure I saw him start from the fence using his feet one in front of the other going away from the fence. I asked him why the area around the fence was not cleared. He said he did not want to soil the fence that had recently been cleaned. When I asked him why there was not sod around the fence area after he had put the sod on the ground and the fence dry, he said there is grass there. I am confused about the situation, and I personally do not know if there is or is no grass close to the fence because I am not in the lawn industry and it looks the same to me like what he cleared to put the sod down. I would like Blessed Hands Lawn Service and More to remove the sod I paid for for my lawn from crossing onto my neighbor's property, and on both sides of the fence where there is no sod, I would like sod placed there. Both situations do not look right to me, and to the people who have seen them. We do not understand.
