We made payment for new services to our account on 7/20/2022. The account is for cable TV viewing. On 7/20/2022 the video on demand service was set to expire. That service expired. I have sent several texts messages asking XSteam Geeks to update our account and they will not respond to my texts. I even sent an email still no response. I have called their posted phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX, when the office closed they gave another number to call which never worked XXX-XXX-XXXX. XStream Geeks took a payment from our card of $120.00, we would like them to restore service as it has been 5 days and no response from XStream Geeks. Thank you for any assistance you could provide.Business response
