On 12/12/2021 I responded to a survey via an email I received supposedly from Walmart about my shopping experience with them after which I could choose a free gift for participating and was then asked to pay $3.95 for shipping. Nothing was stated about this company's products nor was their website listed anywhere. The following day when checking the balance on my account there was a charge from Lazatastore.com to my account for $49.95 which I called the bank to dispute. After the bank researched the transaction they denied the dispute based on the false information provided to them by lazatastore.com. I never received a confirmation email from this company nor have I received any product for the money I paid them. They stated in their response to the bank's inquiry that the product was received electronically. How is this possible? I tried calling the phone number listed for their customer service, but the message stated it is not set up to receive calls!! If I hadn't requested a copy of the information that the bank received, I would not have been able to attempt to contact lazatastore.com because I haven't received any emails or any product from this company, as I stated before. The order number listed on the information I received from the bank is **********. I hope you are able to assist me with this issue.Initial Complaint

I saw a charge on my ********* Credit card that I didn't recognize. So I called the phone number provided on the charge only to discover that the number wasn't set up to receive in coming calls. I immediately called my credit card company and disputed the charge dated 12/06/ 2021. At that time they opened up a investagation, cancelled my card and issued me a new one. The charge was 49.95. I just received a letter saying that the company provided proof that I ordered and had my mailing address. I don't have either of the two products that the site shows nor did I order them. I can't reach them by phone and when I tried to google them it won't let me into the site said it wasn't safe that hackers can steal your info. To be clear it was not the www.Lazatastore.com site as I was talking to a customer service agent after receiving a denial of my claim she said she was seeing another site for clothing. I said oh maybe I ordered a piece of clothing let me check that out that was when I saw a site for clothing that said it was not secure. I am out 49.95 have never received a product , can't reach them by phone. Not sure how to proceed from here. Any help would be appreciated. Thursday Dec 13 2021 I agreed to a$2.98 charge from my cashapp account. However lazatastore.com took$49.95 off my account. I did not agree to this charge. And have tried to contact them but it is a prerecorded operator then the phone hangs up. What do I need to do about this???Initial Complaint

I got an email this afternoon from my bank telling me that there was a survey that I could get a prize for when it was done. I actually thought my bank was sending me the survey, so I finished it and chose a prize, which required me to pay It suddenly asked me to buy another $29.95 item, which I thought was strange, and the link it gave didn't work, so I searched the Internet and found that I might have been cheated. This is not my bank survey at all. I immediately called my credit card company to tell them what had happened, and the credit card company told me that two new accounts had been charged. One charged me $49.95 for investigating the company's account, and the other was $39.84 for Eight Ten Restore company's account . I was in a hurry to tell the credit card company not to pay these two bills, but the credit card company told me the phone numbers of the two companies and asked me to call the two companies to cancel the transaction. one number isX(XXX)XXX-XXXXother one is X(XXX)XXX-XXXX, I did call the credit card company as requested. the phone can't get through at all. I had to ask the credit card company to close my credit card. I don't know if I can get the money back.Business response
