I spent over $2400 on Fancy-Free Nursery leading up to my wedding on November 12th, 2022. Their service was terrible. Not only were they completely unresponsive after I paid my deposit, but the bouquets they delivered were not what I ordered. The corsages fell apart before anyone walked down the aisle and the flowers were wilted. I Asked for white roses with cascading orchids and what I received were off-white/ green flowers that don't resemble roses at all. I also paid extra for greenery for the table centerpieces and that was completely forgotten.I've reached out numerous times seeking a refund but have been unsuccessful as they have been ignoring me completely. When I initially booked with them, I signed a contract and paid my deposit via Venmo, however, I received a terrible response time after. It wasn't until a month before my wedding that I finally found a way to reach the owner who didn't even have a record of my final payment. I dont feel i should have to pay for the services provided as they were not what was agreed upon.Business response

We sit with all of our brides and go over with them everything prior to signing. Every single rose has a green center which will show more green under florescent lights. As in nature there is no actual pure *******************. As for the Orchid she received what was agreed to in consultation. The corsages are very delicate. We are sorry she was unhappy with her arrangements but we provided her what was agreed to and do not believe she was given inferior flowers. No refund is warranted due to the contract and again we provided quality flowers.Initial Complaint

Back in May, I had Robby over to my house to look at our front yard for landscape design. We scheduled for May 18th. I paid him the consult fee of $150 on venmo on the 16th so it was taken care of before he came. He never showed, so I texted. He rescheduled due to a plumbing emergency at the nursery. OK cool, stuff happens. We rescheduled for the 20th. He comes over, we talk about plants, settle on a plan and he tells me it'll be a couple weeks for the design. This design was meant to be included in the $150 consult fee. I don't hear anything for a while, so on June 10th I text him to see if he received the hoa documents I sent him. He doesn't respond. On June 13th, I say at this point I'd just like a refund. That, he responds to: Hello! I did receive your emails and have your proposal ready and I'm working on formatting the drawing so that it's acceptable for your HOA. As i mentioned during our consultation it typically takes me a couple of weeks to come up with a design, proposal and drawings as there are several other projects I am in the middle of. I apologize for not responding to your text on Friday it was a bit crazy this weekend. Both of my parents have Covid and are not doing so well so my attention was diverted. I assure you I'm almost done with the drawing and will have something to you this week. I sent him a text in response apologizing for his parents. I left him alone for an entire MONTH (remember in his text he said I'd have something this week, June 13th). Didn't bug him at all. Finally sent him a text on July 20th saying "Hi robby, wanted to check in on our drawing as it's now been another month?" No response. It's now the 22nd. Robby has effectively taken my money without giving me the service that was to be received in exchange. And of course he wanted the money over venmo so I have no recourse. I want my money back.
