So I called after I googled the address and couldn't see the store was present according to the posted address on ******** and ******* When I called and asked about the situation about the physical address the phone operator said everything moved to "appointment only".When asked where we would meet they said they had a friend that owned a jewelry store that they used to meet up. Thinking that the "largest ****** sapphire ring seller in the **" would have something more official I said that this doesn't sound like to most confidence inducing Bussiness The phone operator rudely then said well then go somewhere else instead of assuring me of their credentials, instead of soothing any concerns about the legitimacy of their business and rudely hung up the phone on me and my fianc needless to say we were shocked at the unprofessionalism and rudeness of the company. We were willing to GIVE $3,000+ plus to this business, but the moment we questioned their validity we get the metaphorical door slammed in our face!!Business response

I am sincerely sorry you had both experienced the rudeness from the call service who are meant to be offering professional, friendly and helpful advise on any questions you might have at anytime, as from now all calls to Sapphire ************ after office hours will be diverted back to myself or my wife work phones, I have spent nearly 20 years working 7 days a week to build this small business up by offering high quality natural sapphires set into the finest custom made rings, coupled with excellent service to all customers and to hear this is not only disbursing but also extremely upsetting and shocking.I have spoken with the lady who you had spoken to last night, shes confirms that she was short and cut the call off and gave me no real reason why, which is not acceptable !
I am sure at this point you are both shocked and very upset by what happened, if you have the time I would dearly like to speak with you to apologize in person.
Please contact myself by email or phone at anytime, I cant apologize enough for the shocking treatment you received yesterday on what should have been a straight forward call, I have made immediate changes so no customer will every experience this service again and I do thank you for contacting myself through BBB to let me know.
I would like the opportunity to apologize in person, on the phone, please contact myself with any questions and again I can not apologize enough for this experience, I am so sorry.
