Worst company we have ever had to deal with. We had to deal with a leaking roof/window for almost a year. Everytime it rained water would come inside the home. It ruined the inside flooring to where you could barely walk on it for fear of hurting yourself. Let alone the potential for mold inside the wall and under the ruined flooring. There solution for the longest time was to put a tarp on our roof and cut holes in soffet to try and provide a different path for water to flow. Didn't work, just made water flow out of outside light fixture. Electrical hazard? Finally we had enough and had to move. Couldn't deal any longer. All the issues we had to deal with constantly and then they keep over half the deposit.Review from Mike D

The most dishonest people that you can ever encounter. Rude, will used your personal info to ruined your credit. They will keep your deposit then have a bill collector call you saying you owe them money. Property owners beware dont trust this company to take care of your property because they wont. They currently have a case in Pinellas county. See all public info At the Pinellas County clerk of Court.

We made several attempts to conduct home inspections which ******* denied ** access to the unit each time. This is a clear violation of the lease. We retained the deposit for the damages she caused to the unit. During our move out inspection, we discovered significant damage caused during ******* occupancy, which is likely the reason she refused to allow ** entry. We do not have any pending cases in Pinellas county clerk of court. This tenant badly mistreated the rental she lived in and caused significant damages.Review from Annie M

I am reporting them because I was forced to move during the pandemic and did not renew my lease! They tried to penalize me for losing my job and being on the street! They had $3300 of my security deposit for the “30 day notice in writing they stated they needed during the worldwide pandemic and lockdown “ HORRIBLE!!! They then sent me to collections even though on my lease it stated that due to the 2 month’s security deposit they forfeit fees and fines!!! I am now consulting with an attorney as I am unable to rent bc of them!!! I never paid a month late but the pandemic was the pandemic! They racked up the charges to $6300 !!! Reading online reviews and these reviews I see this is a pattern & I have retained a predominant law firm to help me fight these scam artists!!!Review from Robert M

Horrible property management company. house was in poor condition. Upon moving out they claimed we broke their cheap toilet paper holder(found on amazon for $9) and charged us $50. They also charged us for lawn maintenance ($100) even though it was december and the lawn was recently professionally cut and edged.
