Item purchased is too large. Trying to return for refund but can not locate where to return to. One site they sent me to wants to charge me to talk to someone. I just need to find out where to send back. There was no paperwork included with the item so I dot know where to send back. No invoice or anything.Business response

I placed an order for 4 full zip hooded sweatshirts. I received all 4, but the adult XL and adult large that I ordered were both smaller than the adult medium and adult small. I don't know if I was sent a youth size by mistake?? I emailed the support email address twice, but no response after 2 weeks. I have attached the second email I sent.Business response

I have ordered my item almost one month ago as a c/m as present and still cannot have it delivered. I emailed the company three times asking where my item is and no one has replied. The order nunber from Dadustore is DADXXXXX. No response and very disappointed. Heard this may be a scam. I need my order by Xmas Eve or I want a refund.Business response
