We signed contract with Serene ** after our insurance **. was using them for roof inspection. We had an excellent experience with Serene **. They were great to work with, they had very good customer interaction, always kept us up to date on what the schedule was and progress on it, promptly responding on any questions we had. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. I would highly recommend them.Review from David C

After Hurricane ***, we had a difficult time finding ANY roofer to even give us a quote. Our insurer recommended Serene Construction for our roofing needs. From start to finish, Serene Construction met and exceeded our expectations for what a roofing contractor should be in the ****************. Serene was extremely prompt and hardworking. They repaired a leak around my skylight during a terrible rainstorm immediately after I called them. Excellent company, they were great to work with because not only were they on time ( Were there when they said they would be) they had very good customer interaction always kept me up to date on what the schedule was and they stuck to it. The job came out better than expected they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything and they did a good job of cleaning up the mess when they left. Serene did an outstanding job replacing my roof. They were very helpful explaining all aspects of the work performed. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing roof repairs.
