      ***********************, the manager from World of Beer at the ****************************************************** location lied to me saying that parking was covered for 2 hours, free of charge. When I was exiting the gate of the Park X parking garage, I realized that the bartender gave just a $2 credit! The total was $8 for 2 hour parking! So I had to pay $6. I had no way out---there was no help button to contact anyone! I have the emails to prove it This was fraud on her part! Disgusting!

      The customer used a promotional gift card (NIFT) which covered the entirety of his bill.  As such, there was no bill (or method of payment on file) to apply the parking validation.  The General Manager reached out directly to the customer after the initial complaint and offered to ***** the parking money the customer alleged to be owed.  The customer did not accept this offer and, instead, has chosen this method to continue to voice their concerns.  Aside from accepting the General Manager's Zelle option there is not a method for making the customer whole.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      First of all, my card doesn't to be linked to get 2 hours of free parking that was promised! You gave me a separate ticket with a $2 credit instead of $8! Second of all, never did the manager tell me that she was going to offer me a Zelle payment. She told you that and now you're lying to the BBB saying I denied something that was never explicitly offered to me. If you are serious about this offer then let me know how to I can get my refund via Zelle.

      Thank you for confirming your use of NIFT and the $0 balance associated with your bill.  This also confirms there was no presented method of payment (outside of NIFT) attached to the bill.  And, as such, also no way to associated parking validation.  All of these facts which you have presented aside, the manager of this Franchise has offered to ZELLE you the $6 in question (as recently as this past Friday).  Short of that there is no recourse.  We appreciate you choosing WOB Bar & Kitchen.

      Brownwood location, The Villages FL. I tried to use a gift card at this location several times over the past three months. They tell me the same thing every time. "Our system is down and we cannot accept our own gift cards." The bartender has mentioned that Management does not listen to the employees and cannot seem to fix their many systemic issues in running this location. There is also the question of whether they are going under since they won't accept their own gift cards. I would not buy their gift cards as there is no indication if they will ever accept them. This is only one of many issues at this location (service, food quality, honoring promotions, cleanliness,...). I would like a refund of my $60 gift card so I can purchase a gift card at a restaurant that honors it.

At this time we have updated our system and connection and at this time show that the gift card is working and have also provided additional gift card voucher for an free appetizer or drink.
