On January 24 2023 safely towing was called by a household member. The house hold member told them to remove my vehicle off of the residence that i reside in. I was informed by another member in the house that this was accruing so i rushed home SAFELY TOWING had my vehicle hooked up I proceeded to tell them that i stay at the residence even provided identification with the address on my government issued identification. He proceeded to tell me its already hooked up and gave me prices to retrieve my vehicle at the lot.Initial Complaint

I deliver food and had a pickup at Mr. Empanada on Kennedy Ave in Tampa. When i came out my truck was towed. In just a few minutes. This company is shady and prey on anybody. They must have thought i left the property but i was inside the business in THEIR parking lot.Initial Complaint

On 05,21,2022 i was shopping at Russian Ukranian store located on ********************************** i usually came and shop at this store 2-3 times a week ,and ofcourse park my car right next to this store . Today right after 10-15 minutes of my shopping, I came outside and my car was gone ! Apparently this Towing company has their s trucks on stand by at connor and they watching, after I called and finally found out that my car by lift$15 about 10 miles away, I came over and pay them demanding $179 , when I was backing up out of Safely Towing company I roll my window and told the owner, my side of story and I told him I don't think you understand by smiling and still s ppl cars and make them pay you money just because you think there,, no such law to inforce you !" I don't think its right how to run business in Tampa Bay Area, I show him my recept from that store ,that I was inside when you basically took my car ,I have a daughter with serebral palsy ,what happens if I need her meds and took our car ,she can die !? He said that right, sorry ? I will refine your money, but $139 the other $40 I keep it for my business expenses, and you make sure since you at that store ! You tell that store I payed you in full....I that statement, I truly understand that ,,I Scrub your back and you scrub mine!" He is paying store same ,,kick back " so keep it for my self ,left . Letter, he found out that, I wrote on his business profile my bad review and ofcourse he canceled that $139 transaction, he demanded to take that review down ( I keep it on Google review under my name ,,AI") Ofcourse I want my money $179+$15 =$194 back ( he ,just took it from my daughter, who is in weel chair! But its fine God ,see avery thing !) Any ways, bad experience, I do have all screen shots profe, recept from store ,and im not scared to talk news about it ,because I don't think running dis hunest business in Tampa Bay Area, you just be not punish. Our insurance company is contracted with safe tow. During the tow process the driver got into my sons car and wrecked it into our neighbors truck. they Totaled my sons car and we're so unprofessional about it. The drivers wife came and got loud with us. The manager offered to take our car and fix it. They showed us an expired insurance card. The driver was lying down on the road and our yard. They kept repeating and requesting to handle it themselves. I hope it gets taken care of as it just happened.Business response
