IF THIS REVIEW DISAPPEARS, is becauze ***** ****** asked my attorney to have it removed if she decides to negotiate..- the best thing you as consumer can do if you decide to hire them,obtain a written document that details exactly how job will be installed And get a written warranty...Hire a company that knows the products, that has integrity, that has professionalism, that deals with problems in an "ethical" manner as Treasure Coast LACKS all these. "From my own experience", it has been an ordeal since March 2020 when *** came out to see my property, suggested a tile and reiterated to me 3 times that the tile would not crackeven up until the day that the tile was to be delivered, I asked her again if this tile would crack and she said NO2 months later, tile began to crackup until Sept 2021, 90 % of the floor has split and cracked. a $25k job went down the tubes *** has never had the integrity to come clean and admit that she misguided usshe gave this headache to her sister ***** 1 year and 7 months later, I am still dealing with this store -Unfortunately I had to hire ( at my own expense), 2 structural engineers, 1 architect and 3 other store reps who came and lifted some of the tile that was installed and they ALL indicated that 1) this type of floor should have never been suggested for a home that is 95 yrs of age and has a crawl space below 2) even if this tile was installed, it should have been installed properly versus what the installer did.. Even their installer agreed that this floor shouldn't have ever been sold to me and as for the installation: he followed the instructions given to him even though he did not agree with them.. The store has never done the right honorable thing to do which is take responsibility for their mistakes- Instead, they have avoided us for months and what appears to be an answer , it benefits the store, not the customer - ***** never even once took initiative to have her installer come and open up part of the floor to see what he had done - she has just come up with all kinds of excuses as to not do what is right . She has come out twice and has offered to pull the tiles that are cracked and replace them with more tileswhich according to the structural engineer, It is still the wrong solution - In addition to making me responsible for paying for extra money so that she can account for the things they neglected to do- -What I have learned from her actions is that this store lacks Integrity, character, professionalism, lacks honesty, lacks morals , it lacks warranties what ***** Hirsch does have is a finger to point at all directions and point out who is at fault- never her of course ...... It isn't over yet! -I tried hiring 2 attorneys only to find out Treasure Coast had hired them to protect them from other lawsuits involving unhappy clients. I found a 3rd attorney who is dealing with my claim now as of Dec X XXXX. I do not recommend this company.
