      An order was placed on 1/7/24 with a company called "Renewing Rain" for vitamins. Oddly, the credit card statement shows as a company called "Ortho Rinse Pick." Upon receipt, they were not as expected and returned on 2/5/24. They were unopened, in original packing and shipping, and returned within the return window, using a return authorization number, as directed by their customer service. No refund has been issued despite numerous calls to their 888 number. They have acknowledged receipt of the return, yet continue to say they are having a billing issue and will issue the refund, "in two weeks." I have been pursuing this issue and attempting to resolve it for my elderly mother.

      I purchased a lifetime exchange costing $10 for the orthorinse pick. The unit itself was *****. I have contacted the company 4x by email. They don't have a phone. I want either an exchange or my whole ***** refunded

      I ordered the teeth cleaning equipment , along with the oral rinse . They keep sending me the oral rise . I emailed a letter to the company LANBENA., they emailed back that it was a separate company thats sending it, called ortho rinse pick several times with a recording and hangs up. Keep billing my card with varying amounts . I want this to stop

      8/16/2023 amount $79.98 for the product Ortho Rinse Pick #ORP-RNP 8/16/2023 amount $10.00 Lifetime Warranty # ORP-LW-01 What I ordered was an Ortho Rinse Pick, what I received was not even an Ortho product what I received was a Dental Scaler (no brand name).I purchased this through PayPal I have done the necessary steps through them and still seem to get a straight answer. I will continue with them for filing complaints.

      I purchased an ortho rinse pick and my credit card charged on 6-28-23. I received the item on 7-3-23. There was a 2nd charge of $30 on 7-28-23. But I did not order anything else from this company. I did receive 2 tubes of a tooth mousse on 8-10-23 - which I definitely did not order. Weirdly the address on the shipment was the same address for ortho rinse returns but shippers name was **** Air Drone. I contacted the ortho rinse pick customer on ******, no response, and again on 8-10-23, awaiting a response but probably won't get one.

      Why would you contact the BBB and not us to handle this? You ordered a dental cleaning product and also opted into our monthly whitening foam program. You were not over charged and everything was delivered to you that you ordered. I have canceled your subscription going forward.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. I would, however, like to add that I did try to handle this with the company but they did not respond to my 2 communications so I felt that I had no other option. I had contacted my credit card company about the unknown charge as well and they also did not get a response from the company, so I am not sure why they are so aggrieved when I sought out other help. I agree that I bought the cleaning tool but I was not aware that I had agreed to any subscription and the lack of an order confirmation email about this or a packing slip with the cleaning tool led to even more confusion about the subsequent charge. However, since they have canceled the subscription then I am willing to accept their response and consider the issue resolved.
