              I have had an account with ******************** ChoiceCredit Union for Years., and I was had a payment of $248.00 due on the 11th of each month. I was going to pay it on 22th of month.which would make me late 11 days. They froze my social security check and denied my funds., I desire respect as a 74 year old veteran of disability. They have changed management or something., cause this rude behavior is very offensive., as ******************* has shown verbal abuse., and when I come in to ask questions the person that greets you is disrespectful., Gosh, please., I know times are tough on everyone., due to inflation., please look into this.

              NEVER MISSED A CAR PAYMENT TRANSACTION THROUGH/VERIFED BY BOFA AND CHECK MAILED TO FIRST CHOICE. THEY CLAIM THEY DO NOT HAVE PAYMENT.I RECEIVED A TEXT FROM *************************** STATEING NO PAYMENT RECEIVED. I THOUGHT IT WAS CUSTOMERY THAT YOU SEND A CUSTOMER LETTER VS TEXT ON MY PHONE..ARE WE DOING SCAM TEXT NOW..NOT PROFESSIONAL
