PS Flooring removed the old tile from our entry, foyer, hall, den, and kitchen in March of 2020. They applied self-leveling concrete in some locations, sanded th concrete, and laid the luxury vinyl we ordered through their ********** store. We paid them over $4,200.00. Within a few weeks after the installation, it was evident that the product was installed incorrectly, and over numerous voids in the concrete where the installers did not pour any self-leveling concrete. We notified PS Flooring and provided many photos documenting how the floor was bowing and giving way under foot. Several planks were also damaged while they installed them. Our floor looks like waves with peaks and valleys, when viewed from the side, and is broken or raised in over twenty locations. A salesperson/manager came to our home in June *****, and agreed that the floor needed to be torn up and re-done, but stated that the *** we chose was out of stock and he had no idea when it would be back in stock. To make things worse, we installed a new kitchen complete with five quartz waterfall countertops over the ***, so removing the old floor would be a problem, plus installing any new flooring in the kitchen would be a problem and require quarter round which would ruin the look of the kitchen. We installed the kitchen over the *** per PS Floorings instructions. We suggested that they give us a credit for the flooring and installation and install tile instead. We never heard from PS Flooring since June of 2020, nor have they responded to honoring the warrentee. Three weeks ago (May 2023), I posted a negative review of PS Flooring on ******* and my wife received a call. She spoke to someone at PS Flooring who promised to follow up and they never did. We wished to resolve this immediately, it is PS Flooring's refusal and evasiveness that has stopped us from resolving this matter.
