I ordered an arrangement for the birthday of an employee to be delivered on Sat. Feb 17. Order# W0118983856-1 received confirmation that it was delivered. Spoke to recipient on Monday and she said she didnt receive anything. I confirmed the address was correct. *** attempted to call the local delivery place and keep getting routed to leave a voicemail but dont get a call back. I sent an email and received #******* stating the local location would call me within 48hrs. Ive still yet to get a call back. Also attempted to call the referenced customer service number and after holding only get the option to leave a message and still dont get a call back.Initial Complaint

I ordered a same day delivery for 2 items, a Twix bouquet and a plush sloth for my anniversary (order# W1008557324-1). The edible arrangements driver delivered the bouquet but did not deliver the plush sloths. I attempted to contact the edible arrangements store at ********************, but was unable to get through so I left a message. The following day, March 29, 2023, I contacted the corporate office via their customer service link on their website. I received a response email stating that I would be contacted by the individual store within 48 hours and have yet to be contacted, by phone or email, and today is 4/2/23. I paid $29.99 for the sloths and want them delivered to my wife. *** left several messages communicating my wishes and havent received any correspondence from the store or owner in return. This is unacceptable. I would not only like my sloth plush to be delivered but would like a refund for the full amount of my order for the extreme lack of customer service.
