I have been part of the John Maxwell Team for approximately 3.5 years. I very much appreciate **** Maxwell and his material, and the opportunity to use it. My impression is that they preach one set of values and often times the organization lives another. They seem very efficient about charging but not about other aspects of client care.My complaint is that they have taken two weeks deal with a charge and cancellation that I have requested of the **** Maxwell Marketing System. I asked to have this cancelled and a recent charge of 697 USD refunded to my AMEX card. Somehow, they charged an AMEX card that I didn't have on their file, but that is not the main point of my complaint. Rather, their poor customer service which is not aligned with the values they profess, preach and teach to their coaches and members.
