      Purchased a spa 1 yr ago, used it about 8 times and now it leaks, no one will answer the phone. Finally afyer contacting the head company MASTER SPAS them southeast spas responded by calling me to lie and say "****" was going to call me, its been almost 2 wks and no one has called, i called se spas again, no answer. please do lDO NOT purchase anything from this company

      This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business. The customer service is nonexistent. I paid by credit card over the phone on July 24 to buy a lid for my spa. $588. They sent their employee out to my home to take the measurements of the spa and said they would have it made and delivered in about three weeks. On September 1 they brought the lid out for delivery and it did not fit my spa at all. There was a foot-wide gap where it did not cover the water in the spa at all! The manager did not apologize or offer any explanation. Instead he tried to get to me accept the faulty lid for a "discount." I declined and said I wanted them to make a spa lid that actually fits my spa, or else give me back my money. The manager's answer was, "Alright but it's going to be 6 to 8 weeks"! That was now nearly two months ago and I have not heard a word from there but of course they will have my $588. I have documented four phone calls I made to the store asking for a progress report, when I could expect the lid to be delivered. Whoever answers does treats me like i am a nuisance. On two occasions i asked that the manager please call me back. The employee said they would deliver the message. The manager never called. Now it is October 23. I can only conclude they intend to keep the money and not provide the product. Which leaves legal action as my only remedy.

      Please be very careful when purchasing these spas from local dealers. I purchased my TS8.25 from Southeast Spas **** in ************. After a year and 3 months Jets 1 was not working in my TS8.25. Not only are they not professional but will rip you off. They had their tech trespass into my property, I have the video footage no one was home at that time, voided my warranty and wanted to charge me over $500.00 for a pump when in fact it was the capacitor that costs $8.69.Everyone has a right to know what this company does to void a warranty they have their techs come into the homes without notice so that can write and do as they please

      Were sorry you are unhappy with our service however your review is not only false but its also libel. The first false statement is that your TS **** has a warranty coverage of 3 years on parts and labor, so if youve only owned your hot tub for a year and 3 months, your warranty would be fully active and would cover the needed pump to fix the Jets 1 issue. 

      Secondly, ************** came out to your house and he found that your hot tub was wired incorrectly by your electrician, with no ground wire. This ultimately caused the damage to the hot tub which you then proceeded to blame ************** for as if we were the ones to pull the wiring to mess with your unit (30ft worth of wire ran through a conduit). We are a reputable family owned and operated company and we will not accept fake and misleading reviews. Be aware that your warranty has been voided due to the incorrect wiring and we will no longer be providing any service for your unit. Also you have an open balance with South East Spas for the Service trip charge to diagnose the faulty unit which if not paid for will be sent to collections. Please contact our accounting department to satisfy this open balance.

      Love South East Spas Inc!!  Went in for spa cleaner, chlorine and some other small items and was helped by ****** in "parts and service". She was prompt, professional and went out of her way to explain how and when the chemicals should be used. For now on, I will be buying all of my spas, equipment and parts from South East Spas!!

      Sadly I wish I would have researched the company before making a $25,000.00 investment. I purchased my SwimSpa at the Homestead Expo that they have a few times a year in April of 2021. We were aware of delays in delivery due to Covid which we had no problem with that, it took 9 months to get the Swim Spa. They finally called me with a delivery date of 1/25/2022 and told me that they didn't have the starter kit and that they would give me a $50.00 rebate for me to purchase the starter chemicals. I was sent an email with all the chemicals that I needed to purchase and was told to go to Amazon. Needless to say it was a fight because the chemicals were over $175.00 so no a $50.00 credit was not acceptable. After numerous calls and emails before delivery they finally delivered the chemicals since I was going to deduct the value from the final payment. My Spa was finally delivered on 1/25/2022, sadly two of the outside panels are damaged and the delivery driver noted the damage and took pictures. I spoke to Mariana Galdanez Cano who is supposed to be my customer service representative and she asked me to send her the pictures of the damage also. I was told that they would replace the panels next time someone was in the area. Needless to say I have sent several emails with all the pictures of the damage attached (3 to be exact) and to date have received no reply from the company. I have given them till Friday March 4, 2022 to respond or I will file a complaint with the BBB and turn this over to my attorney. Save yourself the hassle, there are plenty of reputable companies out there. Do your research before you make such an investment. They have the worst customer service that I have ever encountered.

      Pressure sales. Purposely gave no verbal disclosure on details of sale or what's on the document given. Document has tiny font and non legal / very confusing wording that looks like a screenshot from a word document was later attached into a pdf after you digitaly sign it. Then they take down the link to the original so you can't confirm the bait and switch. Be ready to lose 25% of your down payment and non-professional behavior if you need to cancel or there is an issue. After being told a manager wS giving us 400 dollars off to put the hot hub on a truck by 2pm, now Zack is the only person who works there that we can talk to. They haven't refunded us even though we explicitly canceled and I have to dispute this with my credit card to hopefully not get taken on this.
