While I was at the bldg ********** handling a permit issue ***************** approached me that he could file my fence permit and has charged me $2000 and after a few email exchanges and him collecting personal information I only receive voicemail (full inbox) when I call all numbers listed for him or his company on line and my emails are ignored.Initial Complaint

We purchased our home at **************************** 2022. When we closed on our home we realized that the home was missing the pool permits for our inground pool and spa. By recommendation from our Title Agent, ***************************, we contracted ***************** and Open Permit Services to secure all of the permits needed for our pool and spa.As this was done at the time of closing on our home, we utilized the money from escrow to pay $6,675 to secure the permits that our title agent, *************************** (Best Practices Title; ****************; ******************************* managed and administered. ******** has confirmed that all checks sent to ***************** and Open Permit Services have cleared and paid - see below. $2500.00 check #****** cleared May 2022;$2,055.00 check #****** cleared June 2022; and $2895.00 check #****** cleared September, 2022 However, it has been almost now ONE YEAR since we closed and hired *****************/Open Permit Services and we not only have NOT secured ANY of the pool permits needed for our pool, but ************ has not responded to our emails, when we call it goes directly to his voicemail (his mailbox is full so we cannot leave a message) and have tried to contact him multiple times with no success. We simply want him to finish the job or give us the money back so we can work with another contractor to secure our pool permits!
