      I ordered an item from this company, they took my money right away, they did not provide me with a tracking number. I emailed the company requesting a tracking number and any updates on my order. They responded back within a few days.(***** ******) asked for my order number, I supplied it. Then, all communications stopped.They have been sending me emails on things they have on sale, but no one will give me any further information on my order. I paid $270.24 for the item, and I got nothing for my hard earned money. I'm seeking a full refund, and/or the item I paid for ****.

      I am rejecting this response because:As a response to my complaint, 
      I received the tracking number and on 8/26/2024, the package arrived,  after viewing the product,  I realized that it's not the same item I paid $270.24 for.
      The item came in us postal flat rate envelope,  with a hand written note and no instructions on how to  use it, no directions and no pricing. The item they sent me was no bigger than a hair pin. It  looks as if someone just sent a toy trinket.
      I looked at the item that was advertised on 4biddenknowledge and compared it to what was sent to me and I  realized that it was not the same,  so I  requested a refund on the 4biddenknowledge customer service. 
      I have not gotten a response yet, 
      I just want my money back and an address where to send their product to.
      I am uploading photos to help with this problem.

      As a response to my complaint, I eventually received a tracking number a few weeks later I received the package. however, after viewing the product, I discovered that the product that was sent to me is not the product I originally ordered. I paid $270.24 for this small trinket., So around the end of August 2024, I went onto the website where I ordered the product and requested a full refund. Due to the fact that the item i recieved in the mail it is not the same product that was advertised, it came with no instructions furthermore, it does nothing. The product that was sent to me does not work! 
      Please send me a full refund and a return address where I can return your product

      I was watching the ******* channel called 4biddenknowledge with ***********************. They announced that they were going to give away a very expensive luxury car and to win it you had to be a paying subscriber so I gave them my credit card number with ******* and they started charging my card $ 9.52 every month starting September 6, 2023. About a week later I went onto the ******* channel to see when the car was going to be awarded and could not find that information. At that time I discovered that they required me to watch a bunch of their videos and take a test to answer technical questions about all the content in those very long videos which was not disclosed in their announcement or sales pitch. I called their office phone in *************** ************** to cancel with them and only got their voicemail, advising them to cancel my card charges and call me to confirm. They never called me back at all. They kept charging me. I called them every 3-4 weeks at least since them with the same results, a total of 6 times with no response. I called my credit card company and they stated they cannot stop the subscription fee from being charged without cancelling my card. I am in my 70's, widowed and disabled and retired on a small social security check and having many of my medicines sent by mail and charged to that card. I am not good on computers and have nobody to help me. Can you please help? $54.12 is a lot of money for me. Their tricking people to sign up without full disclosure of all facts.********************************** ********************* **************

      The email also has the same exact instructions. There is no way to become a subscriber other than to go through the sign up page which is also attached. 
      It's is ok for a customer to change his or her mind and wat to cancel. That is part of the business. Its unfortunate that some make up wild claims to justify wanting to cancel.

      We have issued this customer a refund via a cashiers check and cancelled their membership.

      On Feb 10th I ordered a book from 4biddenknowledge's website. The order status says, "Order placed". I emailed the business Feb 19th to check on the status of the order and received no reply. On Feb 22nd I emailed asking for a refund and received no reply or refund.

      On 12/27/23 at 12:39PM, I purchased the Alchemical Elixir of the Anunnaki - Starfire Gold - Liquid ***** - 8 oz And COLLOIDAL SILVER 8 OUNCE - 1 FREE MONTH OF 4BIDDENKNOWLEDGE TV package for $84.95 plus shipping and tax for a total of $94.67. The Order #***** and it stated that it would be shipped within 2 to 9 days. As of this writing, 2/15/24, I still have not received product. The website stated it was in stock at the time and no email has been sent (checked inbox and spam) to provide any form of status update. It has been almost two months and I would like a refund.

      Three years ago I bought a first round stock investment into this company. Over the years I have sent emails and left voice messages in regards to receiving guidance from the company about next steps about the investment. I was able to get hold of someone on the phone once and they told me I would be emailed information in a few months (of course, I never received an email). I sent a copy of the stock certificate to my financial advisor at Fidelity and was told that I needed more information before they can act on how to proceed with the investment.

      I had placed two orders with this company....My second order I paid nearly 60 dollars for express shipping...After nearly two weeks went by, I tried to call the number provided and was put through straight to voicemail....Left a message with no response....Next I sent an email and thankfully received a response....I was told that my express shipping would be refunded and that I would receive an email with an updated tracking number...I never received a tracking number in the first place so it wasn't a shock when I didn't receive the second. However, after that email my order seemed to arrive in no time! The products however?? NO SEAL WHATSOEVER ON ANY OF THE BOTTLES. Due to the lack in trust with the company already, I unfortunately had to throw away everything I received because WHO KNOWS WHATS REALLY IN THEM. Now the big problem here is that my FIRST order of ***** dollars (obviously ordered BEFORE the second order) STILL has yet to arrive which is strange because the excuse I was given for the second order was that they "ran out of stock but luckily JUST got in new items". So why didn't my first order come in as well if they're "fully stocked"?? Something told me to scope out the other filed complaints for this business and wouldn't you know, EVERY SINGLE COMPLAINT is nearly the exact same to mine in relation to their 4BK store. Oddly enough, ***** DID plead guilty to ***** fraud charges by using the exact same techniques before 4BK and his name change. The 4BK business may have "some" good and beneficial practices that are worth the price for the experience (***** tours) BUT on the back end they're scamming people through their store front via a similar form of "***** fraud" where they take your money, pray to God you forget about the order, and then once you complain like crazy, they send u BS in unsealed bottles all while giving a lousy excuse in hoping that you'll simply forget about the trouble....ALWAYS question those making money off of "righteous claims".

      1st of all... *********************** has never been convicted of any crimes and has never plead guilty to anything. You are a victim of fake news.. 2nd of all... The Entire order was refunded. The product was damaged by ***** 3rd of all. We only average less than 1 complaint per month with over ******* sales per year across all categories. Unfortunaltey shippers do not deliver the product with a 100% success rate. Not even Amazon has a 100% success rate. We have a 5 star rating on the BBB for a reason. Please enjoy your full refind and we wish you the best life has to offer.

      Ahhh that's right, a settlement was reached with ***************** and his ***** fraud case, my bad. Also, I told you in my first email that I would file a complaint should more of the same shenanigans come about....Also, it's quite funny that YOU knew about MY package being conveniently "damaged" by USPS....PRETTY INTERESTING that you would withhold that information from your paying customers only UNTIL that customer files an official complaint....An email with a damage notice would have been quite lovely to receive AND would have been fully understood on my end butttttt no, you didn't care to make that happen either....Anyway, I will give the refund 2-5 business days to show ** in my bank account before I am even CLOSE to satisfied with this response....Thank you 4BK!!!       I ordered the new Epic if Humanity book on December 21st. Today is January 10th, and my order is still awaiting processing. Ive emailed and called to no avail. The only place anyone is getting any response from company is by writing the better business bureau. That in itself shows how much of a sham / scam this weird front company is.I want a complete refund of the product I purchased and I want others to know not to order from this company. Phone calls and emails all went unanswered and its been ***************************************************** shipped. I want my money back.

I keep calling, emailing & texting the company & to no avail they respond, but, they have taken my funds of $97.47 cents.. I am not well in my body suffering in pain everyday, & had high hopes to receive this merchandise. PLEASE??? Help me get my funds back, & also shut this business down?Thank you, for all you do!
