On July 24, classicscapes initiated replacing the sod, landscape, and irrigation for our front lawn.On August 3, I sent a message to ****** notifying him that there were some areas of concern and the grass looked dead.****** said that nothing can be replaced until rain season is over. He states he would replace 14 pieces around the mailbox. There were additional area that did not take but he stated the grass had already rooted. ****** has stated that he would be out on several occasions but has not come and is no longer returning calls or text messages. The below dates represent the the times he was suppose to come to replace the side but did not show:Nov 2 March 26 April 4 May 4 *********** website indicates 100% Guarantee for All of Our Work We guarantee both our work and our plants. If any plants have issues after we install, we will replace them at no charge.Initial Complaint

On June 6, 2022 I gave Daniel O***** the owner of Classic Scape Corp a check ***** as down payment for driveway pavers. The company that he was suppose to get the pavers did not have the color that I wanted and he could not find another company after several months. I requested that he return the $2,000.00 deposit and he agreed to return the money after not being able to get the color that I wanted. We communicated by cell phone conversation and several text messages which I have copies and each time he said that he would be sending the refund and he never did. My husband ****** reached out to him last week and he promised to drop the check off the next day. Please let me know if you need anything else.Customer response
