    Most HOAs are typically known to be overstepping, this is not the case with Prime. They do not their jobs at all, unless it's about charging their payment to the residents. When it comes to paying their fee they send reminders but when we the residents need assistance from them to make sure the neighborhood is following their list of rules given to us the day we move in they are always a hassle and are never helpful. They have threaten us in general emails to the whole neighborhood saying that if grass is not cut they will cut it for you and then bill you. But when a resident needs them they give every excuse to not do the work. I have been dealing with *******, **** and ***** in that order. ******* barely even replies to any inquiries and I have emails of him straight lying and then emails from **** who is supposed to be above him position wise pretty much admitting that ******* is lying. **** is good at diverting and deescalating, but never to follow up with any requests. ***** is the new person in charge of our property and this person certainly has a more professional way of communicating but has been more of the same. No action, but when it comes to payment they are on top of it.
