3/22/24 Approached while walking on Park Ave in *********** to try skin care product. Tried skin restore product under my eye and purchased. Employee said that I got a light treatment free that I quickly tried. Saw no difference after 5 min light treatment with that product but noticed that the Semtox ************ restore eye product that I had purchased no longer seemed to make a difference under my eyes so asked to return product. They said no but that I could contact their customer service department. Emailed and called customer service but have not heard back. Opened receipt that I received in black envelope (that I did not have to sign) and it said final sale of which I was not advised. Also that there are no refunds. The product has not been opened but store will not allow me to leave with them till I hear from their customer service department. I am 73 years old and feel that I was taken advantage of. I now have an hour drive home but will be happy to drive 2 hours to return tomorrow 3/23 before I leave for 2 week vacation. Please help me return and get a refund.Business response

Product was returned to Oasis Boutique on 5/2. Half payment was refunded on 5/2 with balance refunded on 5/3. Case closed. Thank you.Customer response

I was NEVER informed of the No Refund Policy until AFTER my credit card was charged. There is only 1 small black framed sign in a typed letter form on the left side half way down of the black customer service desk. You need to kneel down to even read it, and it's the last sentence that states No Refunds. I have photos of the rest of the store with NO visible signage! This company targets tourists, is deceptive in not being open and forthcoming on store policy and is unethical. BUYER BEWARE. The product is different from what's on the store. They lie and cheat. It's s huge scam
