We have been having issues with a sign that this company installed. Just needed them to fix the issue of it lifting and recently turning to a black film on the vinyl. Have called several times leaving voicemails. Have sent several emails about the issue with no response. Today tried to call/email and got errors from both. I am unable to make contact with this company in regards to a faulty sign that we paid for.Initial Complaint

I contracted a business to put the signs up for the exterior of our business for the front and the back and the dimensions of the sign that were put up or not to the contract. We paid the company its been eight months and were still They have failed to install the signs that we have agreed upon and they have already received payment in ful.Initial Complaint

Fraud and scam!!! We started the work on our sign for Tampa, FL location back in 08/2022 and till today (07/23) we don't have it done. Yes, our sign for a BUSINESS is still not installed by elite signs and graphics who received full prepayment in 08/22. We had a worst experience working with Anthony C***** as all this person cares about is that you pay upfront right away, this is his main goal. He will give you 100 times per day calls until you pay...and then there comes the silence. They will not call you. We called the company and Anthony directly (who was not always easy to reach) to check on the progress all the time by ourselves. 0 customer service. Never any calls from the company. We had to check and push everything. All the time Anthony will come up with some excuses (up until now) : its either very busy, or not enough people, o nobody wants to work, or they are moving, or they moved, or they have to redo the sign, or its raining or we find out that eventually the sign not even produced.... We paid right away...8K$ and we never come up with any excuses...money came right away. Now we are asking for money back since the job is not done and he refuses to refund. Anthony again is saying that the job will be done in few days which is 100% lie as it was not done for almost a year now!!! Fraud and scam!!! In early April, we contracted work with Elite Signs and Graphics. They were to remove a sign that sat in the front of our property. Since then, they required payment in full to which we paid $3,919.50 on April 13, and they requested the final balance due before starting work of $2110.50. They advised they would need to get a crane which would set them back a few days and we understood, however after nearly two weeks, they still were not conducting any work and lacked communication. Then, they said the weather was bad and continued with that excuse for a month. We then received a violation letter from Osceola County in May (over a month later of when the work should have been completed) which would impose fines. We advised Elite Signs and Graphics to which they said they would handle it and now need to get a permit, which would set them back more. Since then, we have not received any communication, no permits pulled, and they charged the credit card twice for the remaining balance of $2110.50. They have charged us $8,140.50 (contracted for only $6,030) for a service they have not even started which was to commence over 2 months ago. They have lacked any communication and when we reach out to them, they say they will call us back but never a phone call. They say, we'll get it taken care of and call you in 30 minutes. We've heard that line too many times and have zero confidence in them. They are not a reputable company and I've seen other people have had the same experience. We no longer want to deal with an inadequate company or it's owner and would like our money refunded immediately!!Initial Complaint

My order was placed back in Mid August of 2022. It was a $5,000 plus order and supposed to be a 2 week turnaround. 2 months later I got half of the order and It was completely wrong. The print on the shirts did not match what was approved and The shirts were completely different colors thenn what was approved and different from all of the ones that we have ordered in the past. Not sure where that even came from. He said to keep the ones that were printed wrong since he could not do anything with them. 7 months later and 20 missed deadlines later Anthony the owner is still stringing me along setting dates and completely missing them with nothing to show. I prepaid for this order 9 months ago and was a very simple order. I am dumfounded that they can not come up with the product that was ordered 9 months ago. I do not want to be strung along any more and want to place the order with another supplier. In Nov 2022 I went to these people to have my car wrapped in a grey cover. The car was in their possession for 2 weeks, after they quoted me 1 week which left me with no car for a week. They told me it took longer because they had to use more stripper chems to take the old wrap off. Once i got it back and walked the car, the chemicals spider cracked all 4 of my tail lights. The salesman Joey STATED RIGHT AWAY that it was their doing and that there were no cracks in my tail lights when i brought it in. HE TOOK pictures and so did I. He went inside and asked the owner Anthony to come out and look at it. Guy didn't even bother. Text messages go on for 4 months with him saying he was ordering the lights and he would take care of them. He arranges a date with me to replace the lights and NO SHOWS ON THAT!. I end up going to ***** and having them to do it for $2700.00 and now he's saying he does not think they caused the cracks in my tail lights. -i have time stamped pictures -i have 4 months worth of text where he is trying to order the lights, and then somehow someone stole them -finally now i got the work done, he acts like he does not know what i am talking about. Most shady, low character person i have dealt with that actually claims to be a business man AWEFULL and now i have to take the time to take him to small claims court!!!!Initial Complaint

We attempted to have Elite Sign and Graphics create acceptable proof images and window screen prints for the front of our Business. We initiated the service on 10-25-2022 we were told we would have professional grade proofs less than 2 weeks. That was totally untrue, we have had several revisions submitted, all of which were unacceptable. We had several design calls and yet they still could not provide acceptable proofs based on our very specific directions. After over 2 months of issues we are no longer inclined to work with this company due to inappetence. Reasons: 1. The quality work submitted was unacceptable 2. The customer service upon notification of the refund request was unprofessional and the vulgarity was abhorrent. 3. The have been notified a refund is demanded and still have not executed the refund I spoke with Anthony the owner of their company only to be cursed out because they "put a lot of time into this" to which I responded this is still far below the professional grade I would pay for. In early January of 2022, I have asked Elite Signs & Graphics to provide me with a quote for storefront sign and installation. Upon agreeing on price and the design, we have made a full payment by 03/02/2022. Four months later we heard nothing from them so we started inquiring about the delivery and installation date. The person we talked to, Anthony, kept promising that the sign would be delivered soon but would not provide an exact date. Many times when they would miss their estimated time, we would be calling them to get some information regarding the delay, Anthony would avoid the calls and was impossible to get him on the phone. Our landlord threaten that we would be in default. We would then try to get in touch with Anthony again but we would get the same empty promises and a lot of missed deadlines. Finally on September 19th, 2022 the storefront was installed. However, the sign was not installed correctly as it was not centered and no lights were connected as agreed upon. Our landlord has complained and asked to have it fix promptly. Anthony has promised to fix the issue but missed a lot of deadlines again. 3 weeks later we still have not had anyone coming by to fix the issue and no response from Anthony. Our most desired solution is for Anthony to send someone to reinstall the sign and connects the lights.
