This letter is to the district manager Jayson S******** of Winter Park Florida and Melbourne Florida regarding the store in Melbourne Florida at 785 North Wickham road. The manager at the Melbourne store messed up my new $900 pair of Prada glasses on December 17th 2022. I started to tell him all I need done is to tighten the screws and to make the frames tight against my head. Before I could finish my sentence he had taken my glasses and stopped listening to me he proceeded to tell me what I needed as if I didn't know what was best for me. He was handling my $900 pair of glasses very rough and he made the ends of the frames in a ridiculously exaggerated curve to go around my ears I never ever wear my glasses like that they don't fit me that way and I can't see when they are curved around my ears. I was in shock all I could do was take my glasses and get the hell out of there. When I got home I noticed he bowed out the frames towards the front both sides bowed out and my glasses now set crooked on my nose the right side higher than the left side and the bottoms of the glasses that I look through are not clear anymore I can no longer see clear. I have not been able to wear my glasses since then I tried to fix it by rubbing it to get friction heat to straighten out the curvature of the frames but it never corrected anything I am so mad I am so angry I hate him for what he did to my glasses he's an idiot. Why couldn't he just listen to the customer. I told him I had to call the 800 number corporate office number before to make a complaint about the same thing and he started laughing at me he said that they don't have a corporate office they don't have 800 number and he didn't believe me. He lost focus of what he was supposed to do because he was so busy laughing at me and calling me a liar. I'm on disability that is a fixed income it took me a year to save up for these glasses this manager showed no respect for me or my glasses.
