I ordered a purse and wallet on April 27, 2022. I paid $325.00 and as the invoice indicates, the delivery time was to be 4-6 weeks (usually 2 ish). It has now been 10 weeks and I never received the items ordered.I have been in contact with the owner, *************************, weekly and she insists the order in some kind of limbo. She has not been very helpful in any other explanation. I feel as if this is a scam.Invoice #*** ********************* attached belowBusiness response

I have attached 2 documents for records relating to this complaint. The invoice showing the original date of order request. Along with the record of payment via Zelle banking from ***************** to me personally. Shipping does normally take 4-6 weeks with some exceptions. I have responded to approximately 50+ messages and emails. She messaged me so many times every day multiple times on my personal cell phone that I offered as a courtesy that I had to finally tell her that if she continued with harassing text messages to me personally that I would have to cease all communication and contact with her. I have kept her updated every time she sends text or email. I have all text messages and emails that I am send you to you if needed. There are so many. I would have to prepare all of the conversations in a file and send if needed to show proof of response and communication. I have explained to ***************** numerous times that due to the unforeseen circumstances related to the virus that shipments and order being processed have been delayed for safety protocol and lack of warehouse employees. I have rest assured her that she would be contacted once the order has arrived to me along work many other orders and she can let us know if she wants to pick it up or have us ship it to her. Please let me know if you would all of the documented communication and harassing messages from *****************. Also I would like to end with saying that I even offered her a full refund at one point and she refused that and stated she would wait patiently for the order. Please advise.
