            My daughter made an appointment to obtain "full hair highlights" at the Salty Mane hair salon with the stylist ****** She got caught in traffic and called to inform them that she would be late. When she arrived they proceeded to begin her treatment. When she got home, she noticed that only the top layer of hair on the back of her head had been colored. The remaining hair under the top layer had not been touched. The roots were still dark ***** from the scalp to 6 inches. My daughter communicated with the stylist that she was unhappy with the outcome of her hair and showed her the picture. The stylist became argumentative and did not offer a resolution. My daughter paid $300.00 for a service that she did not receive and was unhappy with. I called and spoke to the Manager as well. He also became argumentative and stated that my daughter was late to the appointment (even though they proceeded to move forward with her service instead of rescheduling) and that she was informed that she would need a color correction requiring several visits. He was not willing to resolve the issue.

            Had an amazing experience here, starting with booking my appt. I didn't know what I needed and they communicated over text message until they called me to clarify what I was saying. They accurately diagnosed my issue via photos and a call and correctly booked the appointment for what I need to get an issue corrected from another salon. I had a lot that needed done and I wasn't sure the amount of time it would take. One of the stylist who was coloring next to me even stepped over to help my stylist once she finished her client. I was interested to hear what some of the repeat clients around me were saying when I started talking to them and wow they couldn't have had nicer things to say about this salon, which I was in complete agreement. The level of talent in this place is unreal for a single salon. I am glad that I went to see the their work by looking at pictures as opposed to reading one sided reviews. As a small business owner, I am well aware of one sided reviews from unreasonable people and how they can incorrectly and inaccurately give the wrong impression. Client for life.Thank you, *****
