On January 10th, I purchased a Coldlife Plunge unit through their leasing contractor, Clicklease. The unit was delivered on March 18th. However, by May 10th, I encountered issues with the chiller not staying cold. I reached out to *********************, Head of Support at Coldlife Plunge, via text message, and after three weeks of troubleshooting through FaceTime, the issue remained unresolved. On May 21st, I emailed ***** requesting a replacement unit and information on the warranty process but received no response. ***** eventually sent two replacement hoses, and despite a video conference where I reinstalled the new tubes, the unit still did not function correctly. On May 28th, ***** advised me to send the unit back, and I received a shipping label via email on May 30th. I promptly shipped the unit back via *** on May 31st.Subsequently, on June 3rd, ***************************** from Coldlife informed me that they would be sending a box to ship the chiller back, to which I replied that I had already shipped it using the label provided on May 31st. On June 6th, I emailed ******** for an update, and he redirected me to *****. ***** informed me on June 10th that the team was working on it and would update me on Monday, but I received no further communication. On June 11th, ***** assured me that the unit would be shipped back that week. By June 14th, I requested tracking information but received no response. After multiple follow-up emails, ***** responded on June 18th, stating he would update me. Finally, on June 20th, ***** asked me to confirm the shipping address, which I promptly did, reiterating the original shipping address of ************************, IN.Despite my continued requests for tracking information and expressing my disappointment I have yet to receive a working unit or tracking info At this point, I request either a full refund for the Coldlife Plunge unit so that I can pursue an alternative solution or the expedited shipment of a fully functional chiller

I purchased the cold plunge in Sept of 2023 and it was delivered to our home sometime in December: we had issues with the chiller (thing that makes the water cold) from day 1. ***** who I spoke with at the company originally said it was a filter issue and I need to change my filters once they got dirty to keep the flow going in the chiller-the issue with this idea was that the filters got dirty every 12 hours or less so it would mean we had to change these daily which is not feasible. So the filters not being changed daily made the chiller not work: the 2nd issue is the chiller would leak water out the bottom of the chiller and leave rust spots all over our floors-it was not dripping from the hoses it was coming from the bottom of the chiller: The final straw was we had left for a week and did not use the system for 7 days or so but when we got home the entire tub/plunge was empty except for a few inches (tub is 43" tall by 33"Diameter) so there is a lot of water in these things-but our had leaked all out. ***** proceeded to call me about this issue but his solution was to upsell me a newer chiller model that had just been released but it would cost me $2000-$2500 more to get this new pump that would not leak: then he told me I could keep the broken pump to resell on **** or whatever-this made no sense to me since it was broken why would I lie to someone and sell them junk chiller: this thru up some major red flags. I did get him to finally order a return of the product-this took over 3 weeks for them to arrange to get this picked up from us and now ***** has it back in the shop and saying he needs to run it thru Quality Control before issuing me a refund. Its been 3 weeks now, how long does it take to realize it is broken-so Jan 2nd is when I first made the initial complaint, and it is now March 20th and still no refund of my funds.
