      Dec. 12, 2023 Order#7CL39974X4583804XP Received my order and it was broken it was crushed. I reached out to the seller and nothing no email back no call answered or returned. At the time I asked for a replacement but now is like my money back. Tried going through PayPal and they requested the item back. Its was shattered I took pictures and through it away upon my first attempt to contact them. Why ask for it back when you should know Im not keeping a broken bottle. Ive attached photos below

      I made a purchase on what I thought was a legit site for an adult product. I received a tracking number **********************, then I received a shipping email and finally an email that said it had been delivered. From the very first email, I let them know that the address was incorrect and updated it, don't even know where they got that from. After that, NOTHING. I just want my money back or the product. **************** ***** and now I see I am not alone.

      I purchased merchandise from this company and have never received the merchandise. I have emailed with no response and tracking information only states that a label has been completed, but no merchandise received at shipper location. As I read the other complaints, I notice that this has been happening. Why is the business not shut down. Please help with a refund and closing the business!!!

      Hello, I made a purchase on December 20th 2023 on a website called therosewet.com, I found through Instagram, that's how the name is spelled on there. I've never ordered from there before, and when I needed a change made on my order I emailed them but no one is responding. The only contact info they give customers is an email. They have a no cancelation and no refund policy but theres no support team helping when there is a problem..How can we use a product if there's a problem or it's defective or if something happens to the shipment/order and they wont let us cancel or respond.I found out later that there's been multiple complaints with these people on here. I was searching for a way to get contact and found a number and email but it was to a similar website with similar products. Its called www.the-rose-toy-official.com, I accidentally emailed them instead not realizing it wasn't the same one, because they actually responded and told me my order wasn't recognized. Now I know why, so I'm wondering if the popular one on Instagram is a scam/fraud and maybe reselling products.I have not received my package and when I send my tracking number on therosewet website it's says order not recognized....So I want my refund and hopefully theres a way for this website or these people to be held responsible, theyre lying and taking money, not helping with products they're selling.       A made a purchase from The Rose Wet on Dec. 3rd. I received a pre shipment tracking on Dec. 12th. Since the item has not moved past preshipment. I have emailed the business multiple times with no response. I also reached out to them on Instagram. Someone responded saying it was shipped on Dec. 21st abd tracking should update following day. Still nothing and no more response through the inbox on Instagram.

      I placed in order 10/29/13 and immediately within 6hours has decided to cancel and reached out to them and have been and havent gotten an responses I believe this company is running a scam Im hoping by this that the wont get away with this scam

      I made a purchase through the companys website and noticed my apartment number was not included on my order and contacted them right away. I got no response so I contacted them via social media. It took them a few days but they responded. But because it took them so long to reply the product was returned to them because the delivery could not be completed. Since I have been sending emails and messages via social media and no response from them. At this point I just want my money returned.

      In February 2023 I ordered two bottles of lubricant from the rose wet and did not receive them.. What I received on March 8, 2023 was an EMPTY package.. I reach out to the company and got no response

      Ordered and received a product. Product does not work properly, does not keep a charge for more than a few minutes. Cannot reach company through email or social media. No phone number available, but still receiving marketing emails from company.
