Refund requested for service not rendered ******************************* <***********************>Aug 12, 2022, 6:10 PM (11 days ago)to atlcarservice.com PHONE#********** This is ********************************* Client Ref #******* I am requesting a refund of $311.89 that is due to me from a requested car service that was not completed which I cancelled on 7/14/2022. I originally scheduled services for 7/14/2022 and 7/17/2022 for round trip pickup from *********** to ****************** Park Circle. This was secured with initial deposit of $25.00 ( **** card) on 6/28/2022 and full payment of $286.89 (**** CARD on around 7/12/2022. On 7/14/2022 day of arrival in *********** the driver initially contacted me 7:45 a.m. to advise that he was at the airport and that he would meet me and my party once we secured our bags. Received subsequent call from him wanting to confirm my destination which I provided at which time he indicated that he had a different address for my destination I provided but explained that I had pre scheduled this trip and that the correct address was provided he then explained he would check because he might not be able to take me and my party. He called back and explained that he would not be transporting me and that the company would have to send another driver. I then contacted *** car Services and they confirmed that another driver would be coming but it would be another 30 minutes I initially said ok but that I was not happy with the situation I then made other arrangements for transportation. Then i called *** to cancel both pick up and return rides. At that time the individual indicated that I would be fully re-imbursed for funds already paid. I thanked him and proceeded to my destination. On 7/16/2022 (around 5:00 p.m) I received a call from ATL Car Services asking to confirm the previously scheduled pickup time for 7/17/2022. I explained that I no longer required the service. since I had cancelled that on 7/14/2022. To date I have never received my refund of funds.
