      I had MRI done by ***** , was told by Dr ****** P.A was done. unfortunately they gave 8 days to do not a year.? Should have been 12/22 to 12/23 to be completed. You can't get in to a Neurologist in 6 months so no way to get MRI in 8 Days. The insurance knows this yet sent me several E.0.B stating my MRI was covered , but not paying because P.A out of date allowed??? Why keep wasting paper, fix problem it was simple. I Called Anthem personally to find out what place to go to, and cheapest, no one in their ******s could tell me. Asked how much out of pocket was. I was told My doctor would have to let me know ??My insurance contracts with Doctor SET FEE? Yes MY INSURANCE /and they don't know. HUMMM .. Anthem could not answer a single question on anything, Called tonight on phone solid hour, talked to **** at 4:40 He couldn't do anything supposed to send to Prior auth, instead on hold for 45 min to WRONG DEPARTMENT sent to medical p.a with ***** SHE CAN"T HELP/ sent to what was told P.A **** for MRI and ****** picked up now at 5:58 hour on phone and you guessed it ... SHE CAN"T HELP, so Nobody at Anthem can help you , I even sent in appeal on 04.4.23 they received 04.18.23 and still no help. ****** in p.a couldn't even find ,, told her its here because **** the first guy talked to saw it. Company needs to have employee's who can help paying customers, it they can't get a supervisor who can, if no sup. fire them and pay someone who can do their job. I work in call center and there are people in every **** there and yes they can get things done. people ... ON RECORDED LINE i talked to should have been able to help. I was told prior auth . **** has no number lol Really they said that on a recorded line straight up. they can only email someone for help. Is ANTHEM an non person working company now?? Patients need to know before paying their bill then. If no customer service that can help what good are ya.? I will also send this to commissioner of ins. He needs to know.
