Visited the *********** at **************************************************************** at *********************. I had my son who has autism with me. There were 4 guys standing out front when we pulled up. ***** took our order. I noticed when I asked my son what he wanted and quickly turned around ***** seemed like she was hiding putting her hands by her mouth. She oddly did it again and I asked her why she kept putting her hands by her mouth and she said what are you talking about. I told her she was gaslighting. I moved more up front and another girl was doing the same thing. There was a black male who wasn't displaying maladaptive behavior so I asked could he take my order and he did. Pulled around to the front and a guy took my money. He had on dark black glasses and there was a fan behind him. Also the maintenance door was open which was weird. He was a personable guy but for some reason his hands were shaking. There was a wait before we got to the side where we pick up the food. Once we got to the window there was a wait and then they told us to pull up. I asked why. They said the chicken strips are cooking. We pulled up and had another wait which seemed excessive. A guy who had a blue pony tail holder elastic band on his wrist gave us the food. My receipt says 7:01PM he came out at 7:14PM. This was 13 minutes. Culprits have been using the numbers 13 and 31 to evoke shock and awe responses, harass and intimidate. I'm a former Guardian ad Litem and I'm aware those hand by the mouth movements are typical of human trafficking. I ask that you pull up the video and see what happened and provide corrective action. When we got back from Chick Fila someone had left a target bag with food in it on the table of the common area of the apartment building on the second floor. They also have a trash can and a pink and white washcloth on the table. Oddly when I got to the drive thru pick up window they asked me was I ******* and they mentioned the next car name was pinky. Seems stagged.Thank you.

The one star is because the chicken salads are actually good. However, I stopped going here a few years ago because of the terrible customer service at the location near my home in ************, **. This company has a habit of forgetting at least one item no matter how simple you make the order- its almost as if its on purpose to steal from customers by charging an extra $ for a scope and never giving it to their customers. My previous problem was that I had went about 5 times before I stopped going and each time they forgot my scope. I got into a habit of checking my items and each time the staff would challenge me and tell me they gave it to me. If I came back and told you its missing, why are we arguing that I have it? One particular day (the last time in a while) it slipped my mind to check my contents but I was already home. Called the store and they told me I can work with corporate to get points added to my rewards account or come back. I decided to call corporate as instructed and all they did was string me along with empty promises. They kept telling me someone will add them to your account within a few days, I would wait and nothing. I called back for just an update and the lady was like, Maam, if they havent added it now they probably arent able. Calling each week isnt going to change that. Ill admit, thats when I got disrespectful. If you all had been upfront and said this isnt possible then fine, it is what it is, and I wouldnt call but to let me go on almost a month, thinking an issue is being resolved and its not and then talk to me as if Im the problem was not about to slide with me.Fast forward to 6/22/24, I decided to try this business once again and I see nothing has changed. They tried to forget my extra scope and argue that they gave it to me. You guys must have a quota or something, its just crazy to me how hard this company tries to not give you what you pay for. Its not here and there its on every visit. I will stay away

Employees are not given adequate resources or hours. The sanitizing procedures are questionable to me as a former employee. I also did not receive my w2 form until March, after my ss number was even wrong on the form. Bad management.

The company doesnt care about its costumers. *** reached out to corporate twice on the webpage within a year, and not once has anyone reached out about both experiences. One involved an associate dropping things on the floor and then picking them up to put in my bag, and another was when an associate forgot half my family meal order and no one believed me when I went back in to show them things were missing. Never, Ever again will I be going to a Chicken Salad Chick.
