      UPS is more worthless than human excrement, because at least human excrement can be used as fertilizer. I wasted a whole Saturday for these gumbas to redeliver an expensive package since they are to lazy to ring a doorbell for the initial delivery. They said it would be here by 1:45pm, then by 7:00pm, then by 7:00pm 2 days from now. I told them to return the package to the sender so I can get a refund. It's a better option than going to jail for assault. What is up with the post pandemic idiocy?

      Marks my packages as "undeliverable" but don't even come down my road to attempt delivery. Have spoken to upper personnel at the local HUB repeatedly but it is ALWAYS one excuse after another. Tried telling me that the driver DID come to me lmy residence a couple times, until I told them about the surveillance footage allowing they did not. This has been going on for over a year now. Never getting better, only worse. I do my best to avoid using them as a carrier.

      This has got to be the absolute worst delivery service. They dont even attempt to deliver your package. As a small business owner *** lost so much money because of this company. And it ***** because they dont care. I honestly dont see how theyre still in business.

      UPS is the worst delivery service on earth. I bought a computer online from ****** and UPS not only didn't deliver on time, but they also opened the computer box at both ends until they could steal the computer cables inside. This is not the first time I have received damaged goods from their delivery service, but this has been the most egregious thus far. I'd stay away from this company. I wish there were zero stars that I could give.

      I ordered a package from ******** Marketplace. They item showed it had been delivered. I went out to retrieve my package and could not find it. I checked the delivery drivers picture. It was just a blurry set of stairs (not mine) and did not even include a package in the photo. I called UPS. They said that my name and address do not match the one associated with the tracking number. I had just been scammed. This is a common scam that UPS is aware of but has done nothing to resolve. I even called and asked to speak with a supervisor who told me the same thing. I also do not understand how the driver is able to get away with taking such a ***** picture that does not include the package. By UPS siding on the side of the scammer, I feel they are a accomplice to mail fraud. Which is a federal offense. I hope everyone else who buys from ******** Marketplace is aware of this scam. I am still not done trying to resolve this issue. That goes for the *** not being able to assist a VICTIM. I will take this case as high as I possibly can until I get this problem resolved

      I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service I received. My package was scheduled to arrive on November 13, 2024, but it never showed up. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that due to a delayed flight, my package would be delivered one business day later.On November 14, I waited all day because the delivery required a signature. My delivery window was initially between 1:45 PM and 5:45 PM, which was later changed to by 7 PM. Unfortunately, the package never arrived. When I called customer support again, I discovered that none of the active drivers had my package, even though the app showed it as loaded on delivery *********** I have to wait until November 18 because deliveries arent made on weekends. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. I hope the company can improve its communication and delivery processes to prevent this from happening to other customers.

      Normally I have no issues with UPS but in the last week I have had 2 issues and trying to talk to an actual person for customer ********************** is horrible. Driver stated there was no such address for the package delivery. Our building is clearly marked, driver was looking for the number on the wrong side of the road.
