We hired *******'s food truck, Stefan's ATL, for our wedding on Saturday, January 14, 2023. In our contract we agreed that he would feed and provide beverages to 100 attendees (i.e. 85 guests and 15 vendors). Our day of coordinator also reached out with an updated timeline/schedule and followed-up the day of to check if they were en route - our coordinator informed them that they should have been at the venue at least by 6:30PM to prep, get setup, and have food ready by at least 7:30PM. He and his team didn't show up until after 8PM; no food was prepped, the chicken was cold, no list of who should've eaten was present (which was emailed over at least a month prior and sent via text the day of), guests didn't start eating until after 8:30PM, making them wait for over an hour in line in 40 degree weather, no beverages were provided, we missed out on important events during our wedding due to his delay and us having to shift the timeline and move things around. Less than 60 guests were fed (some either didn't show up and others left due to the long wait), 8 vendors weren't fed, no beverages were provided for anyone. We spoke with him at the end of the night and he informed us to give him a call that Monday to discuss the partial refund; at the end of our call on Monday, he informed us that there wouldn't be a refund.The business ethics and professionalism of ******* has really surprised us; he seems to be a wolf in sheep's clothings because during our first few interactions he seemed like a genuine business man. However, his recent business choices in choosing not to rectify this issue has made us see that even though his food is good, he's not to be trusted. We plan on taking him to court in the near future because we can never redo our wedding day over and important memories were missed out due to his delay.
