My PREGNANT wife called them on the customer service line to which it seems the emergency line picked up instead. She made sure to call the top # instead, not the emergency line. The emergency line expert transferred the call to a very very rude man that screamed and called my wife stupid and "dared her to debate about it." My wife doesn't need more stress, we were simply trying to see if we could get in touch with someone (even if it was past hours he was very rude) to handle Black mold caused by a leak in our roof of our property. Highly unprofessional and let me tell you, if my wife ended up stressed enough to have a miscarriage, I will press charges. I do NOT recommend this service to anyone. Even left the review of what happened on their page.

I live in a condominium. Some of the company's contractors are not professionals. After completing the reconstruction of my home after water damages, I was left with my master bathroom sink upstairs leak which has caused air pockets in my downstairs ceiling, some of the laminate flooring downstairs separating as they had to do a rush job putting my upstairs and downstairs flooring as they; specifically, the company's CEO, were always pitting me between my HOA insurer as they did not feel they were getting their money fast enough; thus, stopping working on my home a whole three weeks, exactly one week before I had to leave the temporary home I was residing in and be back in my home. my three upstairs closets and towel closet in my master bathroom were not painted nor was flooring or carpeting was not placed back in my towel closet. Also, I am finding that I am still missing some of the things they packed out and/or removed from my home for reconstruction. I found some of the employers to be dishonest. As I mentioned above, I live in a condominium, which gives this company full access to my property insurance carrier, my HOA insurance carrier and my management company; all of whom, this company took full advantage and fleeced. This company's CEO was nothing but a bully. He was dishonest and deceitful. He was always trying to intimidate me and was constantly harassing me. He withheld and is still withholding my belongings as collateral for money he says I owe while at the same time double-dipping, getting the amount I am supposed to owe from my management company. My whole experience with this company was 'pure ****.' I am still having nightmares due to how they treated me.
