On October 16, 2023 I placed an order online however, after a month I never received the product. On November 14, 2023, my relative went to their store location in *******, ** and I purchased more weave. I talked to an employee about the order that I never received in which she told me to text her the order number and she would issue a refund. I received an email cancelling the order but never got my money back. I have contacted her via text multiple times in which she said she would send the money back through Cashapp or Venmo but still havent refunded the money.Initial Complaint

The first transaction was 4/4/21 & the second was 12/21/21 The hair I purchased sheds & tangles really bad. Can barely comb it. I thought it was a nice gesture of them to offer to replace the bundles even though that wasnt my goal & then they immediately reneged on the offer. I never used the bundles until now, I bought 3bundles in April and the other two in December and Ive never used them until now. Theyve been in the package all this time. Their claiming that it was a year ago (Which it wasnt) so I guess theyre saying if you dont use the hair as soon as you buy it then its no good use & Its not stated on their website. The hair is suppose to last for years if properly maintained
