  *******, a security officer with this company, was unbelievably professional. I am a lawyer and I live directly across from a plaza that this security group oversees. I have gotten to know the security guards over the last year and they have approached me before and I have had pleasant conversations with them. Tonight, it was different. I was sitting on the curb like I normally do on nights that are pleasant, enjoying the city view and breeze when I was approached by *******. He asked if I was OK and I responded with yes, then he asked me to leave. ******** asked why? He said because I was loitering. I informed him that I was a lawyer and that I was not loitering, rather simply taking in the view (during plaza business hours prior to 9pm). He then contacted his supervisor to ask how he should handle the situation. The whole experience was terrible. Like I said before, I have had pleasant experiences with multiple security guards from this company - ******* is not one of them! The company needs to train its employees on GA statutory code before they try and expel someone from propertyguy didnt even know what the definition of loitering was.

  My apologies on this late response as we didn't get any notification around this unfortunately until this month as we were looking into reviews.
