Placed an order during their July 4th sale only for there to be an issue with their website. Rather than hearing from their customer service team, they just never sent across the requisition forms. Finally the issue is sorted out and they sent the requisition forms. Now its been over ten days since my labs were taken and I have not received the results and the order is marked as cancelled on their website. Multiple phone calls and emails have gone unanswered and Ive been charged for the labs. Feels like a scam

We are auditing our email and phone systems to make sure customer communications are not going unanswered. Our customer service team has contacted the customer and has resolved the complaint.
