This is a three year case. I have not received any documentation that was filed in my name. This is the worst experience I have had with a law firm. I settled one of my cases two months ago. I havent been contacted the paralegal says its in litigation. I think they purposefully sabotaged my case for the insurance companies. I was told that its against the law to sue **** or Lyft which I cant understand how can a company over vehicle transport but not be liable by law. They withheld this information until a month ago. If I knew this I would have never chose to deal with this company. I just need this to be closed. I have waited three years for a case where I was a passenger in an ****.Business response

I was in a car accident in December 2019. I was referred to the Law Firm by a friend of mine who had dealt with them before. While I am aware that law suits take a long time I had been communicated with perfectly fine until I settled on my case. They sent me all the papers to sign and I was told they would let me know when my check was ready. I have email and text correspondence from the paralegal who worked my case and was told that my check would be mailed out on 6/28/2022. I was patient, as I know most things take a while to come in the mail and there was the July 4th holiday. I reached out to the paralegal who worked my case after 10 business days had passed and was informed that she is no longer with the firm and that should would past my information along to Attorney Suggs. I called the direct line to the office and they just gave me Attorney Suggs direct mobile number. I've left messages with him numerous times and no one is reaching back out to me. I am concerned at this point because if there was some resolution I feel as though they would have reached out by now. At this point I just want the funds wired into my account.
